The recipe I found on Jamie Oliver web. Its called morrocan m’hanncha. In the TV episode it was Joanna Lumley who learned to make this dish and now I have tried it too and it’s good. It takes a couple of hours and its so worth it. It could have been totally vegan but I used creme fraîche in the tomato sauce on the side.
